Symptoms of depression are all of the above and more
As a kinesiologist I have been working in this area for many years. In fact I used to have this condition myself and it wasn’t until I discovered ‘kinesiology’, I had no idea of how to abate the condition let alone be able to eliminate all symptoms of depression, dyslexia, bipolar, ADD, ADHD and a lot of other conditions. So I can relate to how you feel.
Symptoms of depression My Story And Kinesiology
I was so impressed with how quickly and effectively kinesiology worked, I decided to learn this amazing technique. In just a few short sessions using this amazing technique by a qualified therapist, I was over the symptoms of depression and dyslexia, ADD, ADHD, backache and a host of other ailments. That was back in 1985 and by 1990 I had the skills, training and knowledge and qualifications to start working with other people who had similar conditions. By the way it didn’t take five years to heal all of the above conditions they were cleared in just a few sessions by my trainer. I needed the five years for the study of kinesiology study and training to hone the skills I was training for and to receive my qualifications.
What an amazing journey it has been for someone living with severe symptoms of depression to starting a career path in the profession of Kinesiology. Yes it was a life changing direction and what a confidence booster. Because I knew this was the new path and life direction I was to go on, it created relationship stress in the home environment and consequently a divorce. As you can see I have had a rocky road and into the bargain the body was midlife going towards the third stage.

There is a real need for humanity to learn how to be actors and not reactors. With the actor aspect this person accesses the intellect before taking an action, be it thinking, speaking, doing they are able to discriminate first before making a decision. The reactor goes straight into fight flight either defending oneself, making excuses, hiding in the corner.
The reactor has taken in information through the five senses sound touch sight taste and smell. The visual and auditory and kinaesthetic (feeling) information and was only reacting to ‘self-preservation’, be on full alert, watch out for danger.
This happens in a split second in a particular part of the brain. It is very easy for the mind to be programmed this way. Thus humans are creatures of habit.
The actor sums up the situation in their environment quickly using the intellect. This way they are able to make decisions intelligently and respond accordingly thus avoiding danger in a much calmer and confident way.
